In order to replace or exchange an item, you may return items that are unsatisfactory, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. We will need your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Be sure you have this information before you call.
Unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), you are required to
pay the return shipping cost. We don't charge restocking fees.
